The Marco XX5816144-XX is a fully decoded 16,777,216 word CMOS dynamicrandom access memory composed of thirty-six 1x4Mb TSOP Type II DRAM's.The thirty-six 0.22uF decoupling capacitors on a FR4 printed circuitboard provide a reliable memory module for upgrading systems where highdensity and large capacity of memory storage is required. The electricalcharacteristics of the Marco XX5816144-XX are fully compatible with theSPARC(TM) 10 machine.
